War Conventions

I'm not sure if this will matter to you guys but there are a few rules of space battle you should know. Large ships do not actually engage other large ships. Only fighter crafts and squad transport ships use weapons out in open space. Space battles (are historically rare occurrences) are fought by soldiers boarding capital ships and fighting on them. All capitol ships have huge weapons on them but it's illegal to use them and they all are heavily monitored by computers. They all have them in case a nation wants to blow off all the rules. This fact is particularly important because of the event that started the war. Capitol ships fired on huge civilian transports which is all sorts of wrong. 1. Illegal to use the weapons 2. Killing civilians 3. Tampering with the monitoring system so there's no evidence. (no one knows how they would have pulled off number 3 so the whole thing is still debatable.)
