Discussion
Thought i might put this thread here just in case anyone has anything to add or debate about. i would like a home for that info in case it has bearing on the final version.

forest -> jungle
tobin brought to my attention a while ago that i accidentally started using forest instead of jungle. i understand these words are not interchangeable and if anything you are in a jungle and not a forest for the beginning. all instances of the error should be changed in the final version.

TIMELINE
So also is there anyway you could start using some sort of timeline for the story so I know the sequence of events because you mention that our operator left ahead of us. Were you talking about Daren because I don't recal seeing that in his. And if your are then it's wierd that the girl doctor metions how alike daren is with another character. I may have read something wrong but I guess thats why we have this disscussion form.

RE:TIMELINE
Daren is not the operator... The operator left before anyone. The player number is kind of an initiative. Your events happen first. I don't see a problem with doing a timeline of events that already happened.

Timeline and dialogue
I'll get around to doing that timeline and I'll add in to it as we go. I want to draw it though. Expect that in the next month or so.
I find myself wanting, almost needing, a way to have an extended back and forth dialogue with a player without turning over the turn to them. I think I can achieve this if we add in a little operation code. I'll explain. If I introduce a new character to a player I might have this char talk to you. The first question the player might have is "who are you?" clearly they are not going to waste a whole entry on them but it does prompt a unique replay from the narrator. I suggest whe do something like add "/convo" to the end of the post so the other knows its still open and not done. Only the person who started the convo can end it (unless there is a reason I need to cut a conversation short but I doubt it) and the interaction would be dialogue focused.
Does anyone have a better idea or criticism of this idea?
